Julie Weiman is an artist living between California and Massachusetts. While her primary practice has been painting and drawing, she began to work with textiles over the past few years. She studied at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts,
Massachusetts School of Art and Design, and Anderson Ranch. She has completed residencies at Vermont Studio Center and RUC. Recently her work was exhibited in Tutto a Tempo at the Camus Museum in Breno, Italy, Boston Sculptors Gallery, and at
the Hudson Valley MOCA. Her work has been presented in solo and group exhibitions in Boston, Hudson Valley, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, Indio, and Bombay Beach.
